JAMESTOWN, NY — We are pleased to announce the hiring of John Edstrom as Purchasing Manager for JMI. John’s primary responsibilities include organizing and supervising the purchasing functions of JMI and its affiliates. He will also be developing new purchasing strategies and maintaining ongoing relationships with suppliers.
John, a lifelong area resident, is a graduate of Falconer High School and majored in business at Jamestown Community College. He brings forty years of industrial sales experience to the JMI team, previously serving as Vice President of J C Walker Co Inc and most recently Kaman Industrial Technology.
John is a fifteen year member of the Falconer Fire Department and former Chairman of the Village of Falconer Zoning Board.
